Louisa has been practicing real estate since 2001. Before real estate, she was an Assistant Swim Coach at UW-Madison. To advance in coaching meant relocating. She and her husband Dan decided they wanted to make Madison their home, so she began her search for another career path.

With Bachelors & Masters Degrees in Rehabilitation Psychology, Louisa made a conscious decision to find a career that would utilize her counseling skills, competitive drive, and allow her to bring a fresh approach to an established industry. Real estate seemed to be a perfect fit.

Very familiar with Madison and it's surrounding areas, Louisa works with buyers & sellers in all areas of the real estate market: new construction, existing homes, condominiums and lake property. Louisa holds a Real Estate Broker license as well as the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. She is an active member in organizations that include Junior League of Madison, W Club (Athlete Alumni Group), Yahara Lakes Association, & Wisconsin Womens Council of Realtors, and the Executive Women's Golf Association.
